The drone executes a pre-programmed flight path covering every panel, rivet, and surface of the airframe. A multi-camera array captures thousands of high-resolution images, while the patent-pending ultrasonic sensor scans for sub-surface defects.

AI Defect Detection

Captured images stream into the AI pipeline in real time. Computer vision models flag cracks, primer peeling, missing fasteners, and structural stress — annotated with bounding boxes, severity tags, and confidence scores.
