The engineer selects the aircraft model from the SkyInspect AI dashboard. The system loads the correct flight path, geometry, and inspection profile, then launches the drone with a single tap.

High-Res Image Scan
The drone executes a pre-programmed flight path covering every panel, rivet, and surface of the airframe. A multi-camera array captures thousands of high-resolution images, while the patent-pending ultrasonic sensor scans for sub-surface defects.

AI Defect Detection
Captured images stream into the AI pipeline in real time. Computer vision models flag cracks, primer peeling, missing fasteners, and structural stress — annotated with bounding boxes, severity tags, and confidence scores.

Structured Findings
A structured report is generated automatically: every defect is tagged Critical / Warning / Minor, mapped to a 3D model of the aircraft, and exported as a PDF along with repair recommendations.
